Kristin Jerman has managed Brown, Bradshaw & Moffat since January 2017. She has 20 years of experience in office management and has worked for various large and small law firms in Utah. Prior to joining Brown, Bradshaw & Moffat, Kristin oversaw budgets, cash flow, payroll, purchasing, vendor relations, and HR for multiple practices and firms in Utah and Nevada.
Kristin’s goal is to provide clients of Brown Bradshaw & Moffat with care, diligence, and excellent service. Kristin has two daughters and spends her free time traveling, going to concerts, and saying “hi!” to dogs!
Sam Torres joined the Brown, Bradshaw, & Moffat team in 2021. She is a Michigan native with a Bachelor's in Fine Art from Oakland University. Sam's passion for helping people has paired perfectly with her role as a paralegal in the realm of criminal defense and criminal justice. She has a willingness to go above and beyond to help clients.
Outside of the office, Sam works as a professional actress in the greater Salt Lake area in film, television, and theatre. She has been acting for over 20 years. She enjoys traveling, petting cats, and cooking.
Cade Carter joined Brown Bradshaw and Moffat in November of 2023. Cade is a native Utahn and loves what the state has to offer. Before joining Brown, Bradshaw he was working in the mortgage industry, as a loan officer assistant.
When he is not at work he enjoys fly fishing, playing indoor soccer and golfing. He is excited to be part of the team here at Brown Bradshaw & Moffat.
